Custom Parts
We design custom parts for bicycle framebuilding. Bespoke lugs and dropouts that are designed to fit any bike geometry.
Example custom printed parts:
Our lugs are designed to be printed from a range of materials such as Stainless steel (316L or 17-4PH grades) or Titanium TiAl6V4 and TIG welded to carbon steel (eg. T45, Chromoly, or specific bicycle tubing e.g. Reynolds) or titanium tubes of any diameter and wall thickness. We can also produce designs to fit oval, tapered or irregular shaped tube sections.
